How would you react?
yesterday i was reading a story on one of the arabic forums for sisters and i came across a story that was a bit shocking..
a sister came into the room while her husband was on one of the dirty sites!! how would you expect her reaction to be? this sister didnt do anything, she just smiled and walked out of the room..
the husband was in complete shock he sat down crying he knew he had mistaken and said he had low iman at that point. he was in so much shock that when his wife entered the room he couldnt even close down the site!!
while he was sitting there crying and trying to figure out what to say she came into the room, but wearing her wedding dress!!! and had fixed herself up for him.. she took his hand and walked with him to the bedroom!!
the husband said her action made him come closer to Allah and make sincere tawbah!
now if that was me i think i would have gone crazy!!!
how would you react if something like that happened to you??

Assalaamu’Alaykum, sweet sis
I would have gone crazy. Good for her for not only keeping her cool mashaAllah, but actually doing something creatively positive.
I like the new look…reminds me of the ocean!

Firstly i would say may Allah swt protect us from such a trial…
May Allah swt reward that lady for her wise actions
subhanAllah this is what we woman lack in many cases “WISDOM” …..
because we use our emotions before we use our aqel(mind)….
subhanallah the wisdom of that woman and her ability to put what needed to be done before what she wanted to do (because i am sure what she wanted to do is wack him across the head to say the least) is an amazing thing that i ask Allah that i am blessed with it…hekmah wisdom
she truly wanted what was best for her husband (which was tawba) and put it in her mind it was her duty to push him towards that
Allah swt rewarded her with the tawbah of her husband ….
truly what would be my reaction????
i only ask Allah that i react in a way that pleases the MOST HIGH….ameen
may ALlah swt grant us hekma in all our actions ameen

Assalamu Aleykum Wa Rahmatullah habibti.
My first visit to your blog - and this is the first thing I read & now Im in shock. wow.
Shesh! Thats a Hard one.
I would have cried probably and talked to him and reminded him to fear Allah - and be thankful of what he has which is halal (and better!) and not desire what is haram..and not to let shaitan play with him.
(and then Ill prob cry again - fix myself?? - I would maybe do that later.. after the tawbah maybe..
I think in such a situation your brain will freeze - like every thought u have will disapear and u’ll become absolutly free of any though - in shock - paralyzed.
But this sister. Mashallah. Even if that thought crossed my mind - honestly I dont think I would be able to do what she did. TabarakAllah.
